Product Terms and Conditions
Nova Analytics Corp. products are sold exclusively through Laboratory Products Distributors. We have minimum Dealer order requirements of $ 50.00 for Domestic dealers and $100.00 for International dealers for our products. An “order” is considered to be a purchase order for products to be shipped to a single location. Contact your Nova Analytics’ International Customer Service Specialist for details.
Drop Shipments in U.S. and Canada
Standard drop shipment orders will be shipped within five (5) business days of the order date, subject to stock availability. For faster processing, see rush orders below. Drop shipment is only available to U.S. and Canadian destinations.
Product Shipment Terms: All products are shipped F.O.B. Woburn, Massachusetts unless, otherwise specified by Nova Analytics.
Rush Orders
Customers and Dealers in the U.S.: There is a $25.00 expedite fee for those orders guaranteed to ship by the next business day “subject to availability”. There is a $50.00 surcharge for orders requesting same day shipment pending receipt of the order by 2:00 EDT and “subject to availability”.
Customers and Dealers in Canada: Rush orders will be subject to a $50.00 expedite fee and will be shipped within two (2) business days “ subject to availability”.
Customers and Dealers outside the U.S. and Canada: Contact your Nova Analytics’ Customer Service representative for rush order scheduling. All International rush orders carry a $ 50.00 incremental charge per order. Freight charges are prepaid and added or freight collect. As noted all Rush orders are subject to stock availability.
Restocking Charge
Permission to return new, excess inventory must be obtained prior to return within thirty days of original shipment.
Any item returned for credit as a result of an incorrect purchase without a reorder, will result in a 25% restocking charge of the price paid on that initial product. (International Customer’s restocking fee of 25% will be off the International price.) Only new (in-the-box) goods may be returned within 30 days of shipment from Nova Analytics. Older items, service parts, and discontinued items cannot be returned for credit.
Short Shipments
Nova Analytics must be notified within 30 days of receipt of invoice of any item or billing discrepancies. A credit memo will remedy all substantiated claims of short shipments and a new order placed for short shipment. Any shipment discrepancy claimed after 30 days of invoice date will not be honored and Nova Analytics will not issue credit.
To Return Goods
Permission to return merchandise purchased from Nova Analytics Corp., must be obtained prior to return. Contact within 30 days of receipt of goods for a return authorization number.
Hazardous Materials
Some materials are designated corrosive and/or oxidizer by DOT and IATA. Some Nova Analytics materials may require special labeling and handling. Carriers may add additional freight charges for handling/transporting these materials. Consolidating such material with other products may be prohibited. Additional freight charges will be billed per the Nova Analytics shipping terms. Be sure to advise Nova Analytics of shipping instructions for these hazardous materials to reduce your freight costs.
Force Majeure
Nova Analytics shall not be liable for failure to perform or for delay in performance due to fire, flood, strike, or other labor difficulty, act of God, act of any governmental authority or of the purchaser, riot, embargo, fuel or energy shortage, wrecks or delays in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials, or manufacturing facilities from usual sources, or due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a delay in performance due to any such cause, the date of delivery or time for completion of performance will be extended by a period of time reasonably necessary to overcome the effect of such delay.
